These rules and regulations apply to all participants (trainees, work-study students, apprentices) and instructors (trainers, administrative staff), to ensure that training courses run smoothly, that everyone is safe, and that rights and duties are protected.
In accordance with articles L.920-5-1 and R.922-1 et seq. of the Code du travail (French Labour Code), this document sets out the general rules governing health, safety, discipline, and the respect of rights, including those relating to intellectual property and confidentiality.
1. Scope of Application
These rules apply:
- On premises dedicated to training.
- At any external location (company, rented spaces) where a training activity takes place.
- For all training methods: in-person, distance learning, e-learning.
Participation in any session implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Non-compliance may result in the sanctions defined below.
2. Rights and Obligations
2.1. Schedule and Attendance
- Schedules are communicated upon registration.
- Any absence or lateness must be reported as soon as possible to the instructor or to the administrative department.
- Daily signing of the attendance sheet (physical or digital) is mandatory.
2.2. Dress Code and Conduct
- Professional attire and respectful behaviour are required.
- Discriminatory, harassing, or violent comments or behaviour are prohibited.
2.3. Phones and Equipment
- Phones must be set to silent mode.
- Audio or video recording of sessions: prohibited without prior written authorisation.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. General Instructions
- Follow all health and safety instructions posted on the premises and issued by the organisation.
- In case of danger, immediately alert the safety officer or any staff member.
3.2. Smoking and Alcohol
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited on the premises.
3.3. Fire and Evacuation
- Evacuation plans and fire extinguisher locations are posted.
- All fire alarms must be taken seriously and evacuation procedures followed.
3.4. Accidents and First Aid
- Any accident or illness must be reported immediately to the trainer or to reception.
- Emergency and first aid numbers are posted in every room.
4. Accessibility and Disability
- Accommodations: The organisation implements specific measures (ramp, modular furniture, visual or auditory equipment) upon request to the Disability Advisor.
- Disability Advisor: Contact details are available in the welcome booklet and on the website.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- GDPR compliance: collection of personal data strictly limited to what is necessary, with rights of access, rectification, and objection.
- Information provided (CVs, assessments, correspondence) is confidential and reserved for training and follow-up purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
- All teaching materials, software, exercises, and videos are the property of the organisation or their authors.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written authorisation.
7. Discipline and Sanctions
7.1. Procedure
- Written notification of grievances, invitation to an interview.
- Right to be assisted by a third party.
- Reasoned decision notified within 15 days.
7.2. Possible Sanctions
- Written warning
- Reprimand
- Temporary or permanent exclusion from the session
7.3. Deadlines and Formalities
- No financial sanctions are permitted.
- In the event of a precautionary exclusion, the disciplinary procedure must be followed.
8. Learner Representation
In accordance with articles L.9322-1 to L.9322-13 of the Code du travail (French Labour Code), students elect their representatives every two years to sit on the advisory committee or on the advanced training board.
Election procedures:
- Frequency: every two years.
- Voters: all students enrolled during the election period.
- Candidacies: declaration to the administrative department at least 15 days before the vote.
- Voting: secret ballot, organised on-site or by secure electronic voting for distance learning.
- Proclamation: results announced within 5 days.
Representatives are consulted on educational organisation, reception, support, and training quality.
9. Premises Organisation and Cumulative Internal Rules
- On-site: The organisation may work on the client's premises or rent dedicated rooms. In these cases, the organisation's internal rules apply in addition to the venue-specific rules.
- Distance learning and e-learning: The organisation's own rules and regulations apply, in addition to the platform's terms of use and security conditions.
10. Complaints and Continuous Improvement
- A complaint form is available online here.
- All complaints are processed within 2 working days, with feedback provided to the complainant.
- Feedback is analysed as part of the Qualiopi continuous improvement plan.
11. Final Provisions
These rules are posted on the premises and handed out or communicated to each learner. They take effect as soon as they are distributed.
